Parcel Ready Express wants the website and pickup request path to work on keyboards, screen readers, zoomed pages, and mobile browsers.

How the site is meant to work

The site is built to support keyboard navigation, visible focus states, readable text, mobile screens, browser zoom, and screen reader labels for key actions.

The dispatch form opens in Paperform. If that form blocks you, dispatch can take the same pickup details by email.

If something blocks you

Email hello@parcelreadyexpress.com with the page URL, what you were trying to do, and what went wrong. Include your browser or device if you know it.

Dispatch can help by email and can collect the pickup address, dropoff address, ready time, package details, recipient details, and proof needed for the run.

Email fallback for pickup requests

If Paperform is inaccessible, email dispatch with the same job details. Put the pickup city and dropoff city in the subject line if you can.

  • Pickup address, contact, access notes, and ready time.
  • Dropoff address, recipient, access notes, and deadline.
  • Package count, size, handling notes, and delivery proof needed.
