Parcel Ready Express uses the details you send to quote, schedule, route, and follow up on courier work. This page explains what we collect and who helps us process it.

Information you send us

When you open a pickup request, email dispatch, or ask for a status update, we may receive contact names, email addresses, pickup and delivery addresses, access notes, package details, delivery timing, and proof-of-delivery instructions.

If the run needs special handling, you may also send package handling notes, recipient details, reference numbers, and the names of pickup or dropoff contacts.

Information collected by the website

The website uses Google Analytics. It can collect basic analytics data, such as pages viewed, browser or device type, general location, and how visitors move through the site.

We use that information to see whether the site is working and which pages people use before contacting dispatch.

How we use job information

Dispatch uses job details to quote the lane, check availability, route a driver, contact pickup and dropoff parties, document delivery, and follow up after the run.

Email records may be kept as part of the quote, scheduling, and job follow-up trail.

Who receives the information

Job and website information may pass through Parcel Ready Express dispatch systems and vendors that help run the site and intake process. Those vendors include Paperform, Resend, Google Analytics, Vercel, and email providers.

We do not sell pickup requests or delivery details. We share job details when needed to quote, schedule, complete, document, or troubleshoot a courier run.

What to send carefully

Include access codes, recipient details, and package notes only when they are needed for the run. If dispatch needs more detail, we will ask by email.

Corrections and deletion requests

To ask for a correction or deletion, email hello@parcelreadyexpress.com. Include the PRE reference if you have one, plus the email address used on the request.

Some records may need to stay in email or job files when they are needed for dispatch history, billing, dispute handling, or normal business records.
