These terms explain how Parcel Ready Express handles pickup requests, quotes, delivery proof, restrictions, and claims notices.

Pickup tickets are requests

A ticket, form submission, or email is a request for service. It is not an accepted job until dispatch confirms availability, timing, and price.

Dispatch confirms the lane before pickup. A driver is assigned after the job is accepted and the rate is approved.

Customer details must be accurate

The customer must provide accurate pickup and delivery addresses, access instructions, ready times, package contents, handling notes, recipient names, and contact details.

Bad addresses, missing access notes, unavailable contacts, or incorrect package details can delay the run or change whether the job can be done.

Freight we can refuse

A driver or dispatcher can refuse unsafe, restricted, illegal, misdescribed, oversized, leaking, unpacked, or unapproved freight.

Parcel Ready Express does not carry hazmat, firearms, or uninsured high-value freight without written approval from dispatch before pickup.

Proof of delivery

Delivery proof depends on the option requested and approved for the job. That may be a signature, photo, desk drop, recipient confirmation, or a dispatch note.

Tell dispatch what proof is needed before pickup so the driver can close the delivery the right way.

Delays and access issues

Delivery windows can move because of traffic, weather, security desks, parking, building access, bad addresses, elevator delays, recipient availability, or instructions that change after dispatch.

When a delay affects the run, dispatch will contact the customer or the site contact using the information on the ticket.

Claims notices

Report any delivery issue promptly by email to hello@parcelreadyexpress.com. Include the PRE reference, pickup date, delivery location, a short description of the issue, and any photos or records that help explain it.

Dispatch uses that notice to review the job record, driver notes, proof of delivery, and related email trail.

Ready to ask for a lane?

Send the pickup address, dropoff address, package details, ready time, and proof needed. Dispatch will confirm before pickup.
